    CLIMATE ACTION NOW: 75 by 35 FORUM - THURSDAY 18 MAY 2023

    Zali Steggall MP invites you to attend her 75 by 35 Community Forum, to learn about how Australia can accelerate its transition to Net Zero and emerge as a world leader in renewable energy.

    This is an excellent opportunity for the Warringah community to come together and discuss the critical issue of climate change and how we can take action to ensure a sustainable future for generations to come.

    The panel of speakers includes:

    • Lesley Hughes, Climate Council - Temperature goals and emissions targets
    • Anna Freeman, Clean Energy Council - Meeting the need for renewable energy
    • Tim Buckley, Climate Energy Finance – The economic opportunity for clean energy innovations
    • Saul Griffith, Scientist and Author – Electrification and decarbonisation, rewiring Australia

    Venue Information

    At the Taronga main entrance (large archways before you enter the zoo), turn right and follow the stone wall along until you reach the glass sliding doors.

    The venue is easily accessible by bus or ferry (Taronga Zoo Wharf). There is also plenty of free street parking in Bradleys Head Road, or paid parking in the Zoo car park (first 90 minutes is free).
