Curious about climate change, sustainability, or how your future career could help shape a better world?
The Climate Fresk Summit is a one-day interactive event designed to connect students with the science, solutions, and people behind climate action.

Who should attend?

Climate change is a systemic issue, and we need every discipline at the table.
Whether you're a:

· Law student advocating for climate justice and policy reform;

· Medical student concerned about eco-anxiety or the health impacts of heatwaves;

· Architecture student exploring adaptation through sustainable design;

· Social science student analysing inequality and the legacy of unethical development;

· Or studying environmental science, disaster resilience, engineering, IT, education, business, or communication

...this summit is for you.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of the science and systems behind climate change, and how sustainability connects to your field of study. Whether you're looking to act personally, contribute professionally, or collaborate with others, this is a space to explore and connect.

Why you should attend?

· Hear from our keynote speaker Dr Joëlle Gergis, an award-winning climate scientist and lead author of the IPCC Sixth Assessment Report, with expertise in Australian and Southern Hemisphere climate change;

· Participate in the internationally recognised Climate Fresk workshop that breaks down climate science into an engaging, visual experience;

· Build emotional resilience around climate and eco-anxiety with support from ECOMIND;

· Network with sustainability professionals, university program leaders, and community organisations - explore how to integrate climate action and sustainable thinking into your own discipline or career;

· Discover volunteering, study, and career pathways in the climate space;

· Enjoy free catering and thoughtful conversation throughout the day!
