Drawing from over 10 years of personal experience following the loss of her mother, she shares her expertise in writing, movement, and performance to empower others. Having completed her Grief Movement Training with the founder of Grief Yoga, Gabriela is dedicated to finding innovative ways to raise awareness about grief, fostering a world where no one has to face it alone.
