Feeling stressed about the climate crisis and not sure what to do? You’re not alone. At WorkforClimate, we bring together cohorts of employees from a broad range of businesses, and help them become effective climate leaders at work.

Katelyn Prendiville - Head of Engagement, WorkforClimate

Katelyn is Head of Engagement at WorkforClimate, where she helps people step into their power as changemakers inside companies. Before that, she co-founded a tech startup that helped organisations activate their employees to meet sustainability goals. Her background spans sustainability consulting, marketing, and startups - and she’s passionate about helping others tap into their own skills and motivations to drive more sustainable systems from the inside out.

Laure Legros - Head of Advocacy, WorkforClimate

Laure heads up Advocacy at WorkforClimate, supporting employees who are taking collective climate action inside their companies. She is the a former Google employee who spent a decade in the digital and tech industry, before making a career pivot to join the climate movement.
