Join artist Rebecca Scott for a fun Climate Week 2026 workshop using recycled magazines and cardboard to create a unique picture frame in your choice of patterns and colours.

Using paper folding techniques similar to quilling, we will work together to craft our frames. Rebecca is passionate about making creativity accessible and affordable and this workshop is a great example of what you can make from recycled items.

All materials will be provided and beginners are very welcome. This workshop is suitable for all ages but any children attending should be accompanied by an adult.

Rebecca is a socially engaged artist with experience working both as an art teacher at secondary school level and also with many charities and third sector organisations. She has created her own independent art courses and will be on hand throughout to support you in making your frame.

You are welcome to bring your own recycled papers to this workshop if you wish, but this is not essential.
