A 2 hour hands-on workshop exploring the different training tools and training techniques for building finger strength. Perfect for climbers who feel lost researching finger training advice and want to understand which tools will suit them best.

You’ll try, learn and experiment using various blocks, boards and edges provided by Climbing Anchors. You’ll leave with a better understanding about finger training techniques and tools, and why it works.

Held at Climbing Anchors Alexandria, all equipment provided. Just bring yourself and a notebook.

Hands on practice with coach feedback on different methods
