Annual Clinical Lower Limb Biomechanics Seminar 2026
Description
Date: Saturday 14 Nov - Sunday 15 Nov 2026 | Location: The Mill, Ground Floor, Building 3/41-43 Bourke Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015
For Podiatrists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Exercise Physiologists, and MSK Specialist Doctors
The Power of “Why?”
Every lower limb practitioner in this room already knows how to treat pain. That's not the gap. The gap is why it keeps coming back. Most clinicians are running the same assessment they learned a decade ago probing the symptom, guessing at the cause, and hoping the treatment plan sticks. It doesn't. The patient's back in six weeks with the same complaint, and now you're either referring out or running out of ideas.
There's a difference between a clinician who treats what they see and one who treats what's actually happening. That difference is a system a repeatable, seven-step process for tracing every symptom back to its root cause, every time, regardless of how complex the presentation. That system is the Najjarine Biomechanical Assessment. In two days, it's yours.
What you'll take away
You're not walking away with notes. You're walking away with a framework you run on your very first patient back on Monday and every patient after that.
By the end of the weekend, second-guessing a complex lower-limb presentation stops being part of your process. You'll diagnose with certainty, you'll cut the referrals you used to make out of uncertainty rather than necessity, and you'll build treatment plans that actually hold which means patients who don't just get better, they tell other patients about it.
This isn't theory you'll shelve. It's the exact seven-step protocol Dr Abbie runs across his own clinics and teaches internationally handed to you fully built, so you skip the years it took him to build it.

Three ways to learn
Learn the system
Dr Abbie doesn't teach theory he teaches the exact seven-step framework he built from thousands of patients, live, so you leave with the mechanism, not just the concept.
Get hands-on until it's yours
Reading about mobilisation and doing it are two different skills. You'll work live assessment, adjustment, and heat-moulding directly alongside Dr Abbie, with the $500 Crown Medical Orthotics Pack in your hands so the technique is built into your muscle memory before you leave the room, not just your notes.
Engage with a room full of people who'll think like you
Two days in a room full of clinicians solving the same problems you are, capped off with an evening mobilisation intensive built for exactly this kind of shop talk.

Who Should Attend?
This room isn't for practitioners who are happy managing symptoms. It's for the ones who are tired of it podiatrists ready to sharpen their orthotic precision with the NBA system, and physios, chiros, exercise physiologists, osteopaths and MSK doctors who want one structured framework that actually explains why, instead of another technique that treats what.
Whether you're running a solo clinic or sitting inside a multidisciplinary practice, if you're done guessing, this is where that ends.

Your Clinical Support Team

Across both days, Dr Abbie is joined on the floor by the Dr Abbie Clinics team during every practical session to guide your technique and ensure you leave confident in applying the system yourself genuine hands-on attention throughout.
All Attendees Receive ($500 VALUE PACK)
You're not leaving with a folder of notes you'll never open again. You're leaving with everything you need to run this on Monday's first patient already in your bag:
A thermal heat-moulding gun and the Dr Abbie Precision Protractor, so you're not improvising with borrowed tools
2 pairs of assorted clinical orthotics, plus a full-length pair for live moulding practice so your first case study happens in the room on a patient
The full range of heel lifts (4 -10mm), varus/valgus additions and metatarsal domes, so modification day one isn't a supply-chain problem
A full year of IACB membership and a CPD-accredited Certificate of Attendance from the International Institute of Clinical Biomechanics up to 10 CPD points
That's a $500 toolkit before you've even factored in the two days of instruction. This isn't merch. It's the kit that makes the system usable the second you're back at your desk.
CPD & certification
This seminar carries up to 10 CPD points (depending on your professional body).
Every delegate receives a Certificate of Attendance from the International Institute of Clinical Biomechanics, confirming the hands-on hours and competencies covered.

Sponsors and Exhibitors
A room full of clinical decision-makers. Two days. Zero distractions. This isn't a trade floor where your brand competes for attention against fifty others - it's a room of practitioners actively rebuilding how they assess and treat, at the exact moment they're most open to new tools that make the system work better.
A limited number of exhibition partners join us for direct access to that room. If your product belongs next to the system that's changing how the lower limb gets assessed, this is where that conversation starts.
