Laine & Sam have created a haven where you will experience a whole person approach to healing chronic pain & chronic conditions (including anxiety, fatigue, & stress relating to neurodivergence).

You will be guided through gentle movements from the latest, and most effective techniques that will bring your body into alignment and restore vitality. Because this is a low impact class, you'll be fresh and sweat-free to either head straight back to work, or continue with your day.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU:

* Experience muscle & joint pain, have injuries, headaches &TMJ;

* Feel the pressures of life, have tension & stress;

* Have acute or chronic pain as a result of immune system disorders, unexplained body pain;

* Have complex pain from neurodivergence burnout, overwhelm, peri/menopause related issues, depression & low mood.

OUR INTENTION IS THAT YOU:

* Feel resourced, empowered, optimistic & in less pain than you have been in for a long time;

* Feel more comfortable in your daily life & engage in activities you've been avoiding;

* Have a sense of control over your well-being & take active steps in your healing journey rather than relying solely on external interventions;

* Gain greater physical results as your body responds more effectively to training.
