Join Clonakilla and QT Canberra for an intimate long lunch as part of this year’s Stomp Festival. Hosted at the Clonakilla Cellar Door in Murrumbateman, this exclusive dining experience is limited to just 24 guests.

Indulge in a decadent bistro-style menu crafted by QT’s Executive Chef Josh Smith-Thirkell, perfectly paired with Clonakilla wines, including a rare opportunity to enjoy a selection of Clonakilla’s museum releases, available exclusively for this event.

  • Confit garlic bread with red sauce
  • Grass-fed beef tartare with capers, shallots, egg yolk and crisp potato hash
  • Queensland spanner crab salad with crispbreads
  • Burrata curds with tomato vinaigrette, basil and extra virgin olive oil
  • Beetroot carpaccio with walnut gazpacho and thyme

Main

  • Free-range duck casarecce with pancetta, fennel and pecorino
  • Whole butterflied rainbow trout “Niçoise” with white anchovy and seeded mustard vinaigrette
  • Cape Grim sirloin with porcini gravy
  • Zucchini, pea and ricotta salad
  • Crunchy roast potatoes with rosemary

Dessert

  • Messina chocolate mousse with honeycomb semifreddo and Jody’s figs
  • Bruny Island C2 raw milk cheese with burnt grapes and buckwheat crackers
