Speaker Bio - Mikeila Scheckenbach is the Founder and Creative Director of Bandit, a Sydney-based branding agency creating barrier-breaking brands across beauty, lifestyle, FMCG and beyond. Known for her strategic creativity, collaborative spirit and ability to bring fresh clarity to brands, Mikeila leads her team in crafting work that sparks connection, builds loyalty and drives growth.

Founded in 2017, starting out with no prior agency experience, Mikeila has grown Bandit into an award-winning, all-female studio recognised internationally for its creative impact. The studio partners with ambitious founders and brand leaders to deliver strategy, verbal and visual identity, packaging and digital experiences that stand apart in competitive markets. Recent projects include work for Luna Bronze, Capsule Wd, Nancy Ganz and Sage Space.

Mikeila brings over a decade of experience spanning strategy, creative direction and design. She is passionate about supporting founders to build successful, impactful brands and guiding them to think bigger, braver and bolder. Beyond Bandit, she is an advocate for women in design and a mentor to emerging creatives and business owners, helping shape the next generation of talent.
