DOORS 6PM

Emelexy (DJ)

Emelexy is a Naarm-based producer and DJ working across minimal electronic and experimental club music. He is the founder of niobe, a label exploring the deeper and more dimensional sides of sound.

Steve Pan (Live)

Steve Pan is a Chinese DJ, sound designer and live performer based in Melbourne now. Member of Macau Techno label Asylum, part of OIL Soundsystem and Na ve Instruments product specialist . He makes use of Dub ambient texture sound, casset tape loop recording and different elements from minimal electronics, dub techno, left-feild bass and more to form his own music. Fusion between hardware performances, live coding, and freeform DJing.

His work bridges experimental sound art and contemporary club culture, in his set the audience will have a hypnotic alternate reality experience deeply connected with his complex synthetic sensation.

Rita Bass (Live)

Margarita Bassova, performing under both her full name and ‘Rita Bass’, is a multidisciplinary artist whose work spans sound art, electronic composition, creative writing and performance.

Her music is unbridled with restless emotion, a susurrus of sometimes-too-garrulous vocal experiments layered over heavy bass and fractured breakbeats, teetering into IDM and footwork, and using granulation and randomisation to shift from harmony and dance to blitzed-out glitch. Across these styles, worked through computer synthesis, hardware and coding, the common thread is the use of her voice: undulating, ever-evolving harmonies forming the basis of club tracks, or distorted and contorted into an instrument itself.

Takeo.K (Live)

Takeo.K is a Japanese-born, Naarm/Melbourne-based producer, DJ and sound artist whose practice draws from electronic music, dub, post-rock and exploratory club forms.

With releases on Midnight Elevator, Backtrack, Second Ends Records and Theory Therapy, their 2026 debut album Home Is Everywhere and Nowhere at Once marks a defining statement. The record refracts ambient dub and downtempo through a shadowed, cavernous lens reminiscent of Bark Psychosis and Muslimgauze — pairing reverb-washed guitar, sub-weighted bass and delayed percussion with restrained bilingual vocals in Japanese and English to trace themes of displacement, memory and return.

Molly (DJ)

One to watch out for, with no defined genre, Molly explores a sensory immersion of textures sounds and rhythms. Exploring rolling bass, organic landscapes and prickly ambiance.
