WMRC Clothing Swap with VIP session

Do you want to know more about how to do your own swap or ways that you can buy and sell second-hand? Have you got clothes, shoes, and accessories you no longer wear? 👗👔👟 Want the joy of a refreshed wardrobe, without spending big? Then join us at WMRC's clothing swap💃♻️🙌!
📅 Date: Friday, 7th June
⏰ Time: 5.30 pm - 8.30 pm
💰 Cost: $5.00 + booking fee
🚩Location: Palms Community Centre located on the corner of Nicholson Rd & Rokeby Rd, Subiaco.
🚗 Parking: is available behind the centre. Alternatively, there is street parking along Nicholson Rd and Rokeby Rd.
You will also be able to attend Saturday's swap for FREE!
How it will work
- Register for a VIP ticket and look through your cupboards to find good-quality or branded items you no longer wear to bring to the swap.
- Join us from 5.30 pm - 6 pm and hand your clothes over to be weighed and sorted by our lovely volunteers.
- Enjoy a presentation from WMRC at 6 pm - 6.45 pm
- Get first dibs on exclusive clothing and browse the racks at your leisure from 6.45pm - 8.30pm.
- Please arrive promptly as doors will shut at 6 pm. Attendees are expected to stay for the duration of the event, including the waste talk.
❌ Please no kids' clothes or bric-a-brac at this event ❌
Tickets are limited and non-refundable. If you can no longer attend this event, your ticket can be swapped for another WMRC event if enough notice is given.
Member council tickets are available to residents from Claremont, Cottesloe, Mosman Park, Peppermint Grove & Subiaco. General admission tickets are available for Cambridge, Nedlands and residents from other councils.
