CLOWN SLAM! April 2024

What's up with clowns today? While Philly has been hailed as a hotbed of clown activity, America's oldest circus recently told its clowns to ditch their noses and facepaint over overblown claims that it scares the children. But fear not—the red-nosed tradition lives on at CLOWN SLAM, Philly's fierced all-clown cabaret!

Join performers from the Pochinko and other schools of Clowndom as they duke it out with themselves in a series of short performances that will move you from the sublime to the absurd, and everywhere in between.

Doors to Clown Slam open at 8:15 PM with performances starting shortly thereafter. Tix are $10-$20 sliding scale, and no one will be turned away for lack of whatnot.
