t's that time of the year again when we come together to celebrate the holiday season in style. We are excited to invite you to our annual Club Xmas Party, which promises to be a night filled with festive fun, delicious food, and great company.

Location: Club Grounds, Chambers Flat Rd, Chambers Flat.
AGM/GM - 1:00pm,
Christmas Party to follow meeting from 5:00pm
Admission: FREE for Members, $20 for Visitors (attending xmas party)
Let's make this night a memorable one by putting on our dancing shoes and enjoying a delightful Christmas dinner together. Dinner will be served around 7:00 PM.
We will also have a fantastic raffle with 6 hampers up for grabs, raffle tickets can be purchased at the time of booking or on the night.
In the spirit of giving, we would like to encourage our members to bring something for our auction or arrange to drop off items at Kay's place (0403-433-560). Whether it's canned goods, horse food, or a nice, new, unwanted gift, your contribution will be greatly appreciated.
After our delicious meal together, the dance floor will be open until 10:00 PM, so get ready to dance the night away in your finest Christmas attire!
