Program Purpose - Building Strong foundations

• To provide an extensive an intimate support program to assist clubs in creating positive cultures and operational practices that will enhance the experience for all participants
• The program will provide outcomes that give clubs a clear vision, purpose and cultural charter for immediate use and into the furture.

How?

• Engaging Committees to create a cultural charter that provides the foundations for how clubs operate in their community.
• Building capacity of committees to lead their clubs to be a vehicle for change and positive modelling in their communities.
• Educating Coaches with more holistic methods. Developing Culture and Character.
• Ongoing support availability.

Who?

• Matt Angus has over 25 years of coaching experience in junior, community, elite talent pathway and senior state league football.
• Matt also has extensive experience in facilitation with sporting clubs in forming clear visions, cultural charters, welfare and mental health plans and leadership through ‘Beyond the Business’.
• Matt, in collaboration with the WAFC, will lead a program willing clubs to enhance game day environment and provide club development support in our football community.
