Welcome to 2023
Our club will be hosting free or low cost workshops throughout the year.
We start 2023 with an educational session on saddle fitting. We all recognise how important the correct saddle fit is for our horse as well as ourselves, but do we know what to look for? Graeme Aitken from Aitkens Saddlery at Loganholme is a Master Fitter and will be at our grounds to demonstrate and educate our members.
Helmet Test & Tag - for all of our members, but especially for those who ride under EA rules. Jan Aitken is an approved helmet tagger and will be at the grounds from 11.00am.
We are fortunate to have one of our experienced trail riders, Gail Cooney, offer to demonstrate successful techniques on how to load those less co-operative horses onto a float. We will have both an angle load and a straight load float available.
Refreshments:- Tea & Coffee will be provided and drinks will be available for purchase from the canteen.
