Tuesday Yoga at Club Yeronga

Held every Tuesday from 10:30am to 11:30am, these gentle sessions are instructed by Ellen from Yoga & Wellness for All.

Suitable for all levels, this class is welcoming for both beginners and regulars. Chairs are available for anyone who would prefer to use them.

Please bring your own yoga mat or thick towel

Please arrive by 10:25am latest for our 10:30am class. To ensure a calm and uninterrupted experience for all participants, any late arrivals will not be admitted once the class has commenced.
