Clubs for All - Attracting, Retaining and Motivating Volunteers Workshop

Are you involved with a local community group or sporting club?
Are you interested in not only attracting volunteers but also keeping them?
The Shire is hosting is Clubs for All Workshop Series to support club volunteers in their role of president, vice president, treasurer or secretary.
All associations, clubs and community groups rely on volunteer effort. How do you ensure there are enough volunteers to run your club? This free workshop at Mundijong Pavillion will give you the information and tools you need to improve volunteer effort and show you how to:
- Ensure members give some of their time to support the efficient operation of your club.
- Manage and coordinate volunteer effort.
- Create a contribution culture at your club.
- Retain, recognise and reward volunteers.
- Spread the volunteer workload through the allocation of tasks.
Registrations are essential
Arrive at 5:45pm for a 6:00pm start.
Workshop will finish at 8:00pm
There will be some light finger food and soft drinks provided.
