Overview:

Having a diversity of income sources, including sponsorship, is critical to the success and sustainability of our community and sporting clubs. The reality is that finding new sponsors, delivering value to them, and retaining those sponsors is not getting any easier. This workshop will show you how to grow and sustain sponsorship revenue to help your Club achieve its goals.

· Understanding a sponsor’s motivators

· Establishing your club’s value proposition

· Shaping a sponsorship proposal

· Tips for sponsor acquisition

· Tips for sponsor retention.

Presenter: Brett Gillett, Founder of Clubs Ducks Pty Ltd.

Meet Brett

Brett Gillett is the founder of Club Ducks. He has worked in sponsorship and sports administration for over 15 years, including roles with the Adelaide Football Club, as Partnerships Manager for SANFL, and as CEO of Bicycle SA. Brett has also dedicated significant time to grassroots levels as a coach and committee member at his local club. Brett will share his insights and will outline solutions that address the biggest challenges in sponsorship management for both small and large clubs.
