Clubsland 2024 Stall Registrations
Event description
CLUBS STALL REGISTRATIONS
Stalls are $30+bf per day per stall. All stalls will be located in Hub Central.
This year Clubsland will take place over three days again, since we fully booked out the original two days during O'Week registrations! Because of this, we only have stall available on Thursday 8 August.
Stall information
- Stalls to be open, staffed and ready from 10:45am- 3:00pm each day
- Only 1 day stall hire is available
- Stall hire includes stall space, signage for your club, 1 x 1.6m trestle and 2 chairs.
If you require power please add it to your order when selecting your registration booking. (Power is not guaranteed- subject to availability)
A representative from your club will need to attend a compulsory online induction session on Thursday 1 August at 3pm (unless they attended the O'Week Induction). A club member must attend this session in order to remain eligible for a stall.
- The last day to register is Sunday 21st July 2024.

Booked during O'Week registration?
If you booked your O'Week and Clubsland stall together, you will not need to register as we already have your stall and day allocated. You will be emailed your confirmation on 24 June.
