Clubsland 2025 Stall Registrations
Event description
CLUBS STALL REGISTRATIONS
Stalls are $30+bf per day per stall. All stalls will be located in Hub Central.
This year mid-year Clubsland will take place across three consecutive days (12-14 August). Tickets are available for all three days.
Stall information
Stalls to be open, staffed and ready from 10:45am- 3:00pm each day
Only 1 day stall hire is available
Stall hire includes stall space, signage for your club, 1 x 1.8m trestle and 2 chairs.
If you require power please add it to your order when selecting your registration booking. (Power is not guaranteed- subject to availability)
A representative from your club will need to attend a compulsory induction on Thursday 31 July (unless they attended the O'Week Induction). A club member must attend this session in order to remain eligible for a stall.
The last day to register is 3 August 2025
