Learn about cool climate wines, including pinot grape varieties that are the star of the Mount Gambier region. See some of the oldest vineyards in the region and take part in guided tasting of Caroline Hills wines. Get answers to the question “How do you make wine?” Wine, mocktails, garden produce and art/craft works available for purchase.

Learn about the geology and history of the sinkhole - including why its cave is so popular with divers and what secret role it played in Australia's military history - before being taken down to the pontoon to see the beauty of the sinkhole and experience its extraordinary tranquillity from water-level. Not only is Kilsby Sinkhole a world-renowned dive site, it uses its crystal-clear water to make Gin & Limoncello- don’t mind if I do have a taste!
