Kate currently serves as a Project Manager at Monadelphous, where she manages the Sustaining Capital Projects portfolio at Albemarle's Kemerton Lithium Plant.

During our event, Kate will take us on an engaging journey through her career, sharing her experiences, achievements, and the invaluable lessons she has learned along the way. Her dedication to championing the cause of women in industry and STEM is truly inspiring. Kate has also been actively involved with establishing 'Leading Ladies’, a collective of women in leadership roles at Monadelphous, who strive to lead the way for current and aspiring female leaders by facilitating opportunities to Connect, Create and Celebrate. 

Kate will also be joined by other industry representatives for a panel Q&A.
