Hello beautiful soul! You’re warmly invited to our Co.Creation Awakening Retreat: a day of softening, nurturing and remembering who you are beneath the noise.

This is a gentle return to your heart.

The Co-Creation Retreat is a sacred space created for women to pause, reconnect, and be held — by each other, by the practices, and by something deeper. This is not a retreat to “fix” or “improve” yourself. This is a space to celebrate the wholeness of who you already are and bring you clarity.

We will journey through the day in flow — breathing, sharing, resting, creating, and releasing. There will be moments of stillness and laughter, quiet reflection and heartfelt connection. We’ll move gently between grounding meditation, cacao sharing, deep stretch and partnered conversations, allowing space for what needs to be seen or softened.

Throughout the day, we’ll explore:

🌸 Deep body nourishment

🌸 Time in nature, creative expression with painting

🌸 A soothing group Reiki experience

🌸 Optional ice bath and sauna to reset the nervous system

🌸 Nourishing lunch and snacks prepared with love

This is an invitation to slow down, to listen, and to honour your journey so far with gratitude. To remember that you are not alone. That you are always supported, always enough.

All women are welcome — whether this is your first circle or your hundredth. Come as you are, no preparation needed.

There are just 14 places available to keep the space intimate and sacred. All food, drinks, materials and experiences are included.
