Welcome to a world of Co-Regulation: Before the age of 12 a child's ability to regulate their own emotions and nervous system is limited. Co-regulation goes a long way not only to help them regulate now, but to develop strong strategies to help them regulate themselves in the future.

Creating connections: Guided by an experienced facilitator, families will embark on interactive exercises aimed at strengthening bonds, fostering communication and skill building. Through fun games and engaging discussions, parents and children alike will discover the power of connection in regulating emotions and fostering a sense of security.

Mindful moments for all ages: From toddlers to 10 year olds, our workshop offers age-appropriate mindfulness practices that promote self-awareness and emotional regulation. Through family-friendly, breathing, movement, and creative expression, everyone will learn practical techniques for calming the nervous system and cultivating inner peace - together.
