Coach Cafe events connect people who are interested in personal growth and professional development. Each event includes:

A 20 minute talk on a key concept related to self awareness or growth
Q&A with the speaker
A 30 minute speed coaching session
A group debrief on your session

Spots are limited so we can ensure great discussion - and a match for every coach and attendee. Please only register if you are sure you can attend.

NOTE: Speed coaching places are not confirmed until the prework is completed. This includes a signed coaching contract and a session goal. The coaching contract and recommended goal framework will be emailed to you after registration.

This Coach Cafe event is designed for early career professionals (in the first 5 years of their career) and their leaders. We're excited to welcome Anthony Cavaleri, who will lead us on an exploration of how you can use the Hero's Journey to level up your career. How can you use the inevitable errors that will happen on your journey to build confidence and self-esteem? How can you create a positive learning spiral that brings you closer to your potential and the person you want to become? We'll also cover some of the differences between a mentor and a coach, so you can decide which is more appropriate for you as you progress through your journey.
