By completing the program, you'll also be exclusively qualified to use the Be Well Lead Well Pulse® thriving leadership assessment system into your work as a leader, coach, strategist or leadership practitioner.

How many people will be in my program?

To ensure you receive individualized support, we limit programs to 24 participants. Please register soon to secure your spot. REGISTRATION CLOSES ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2026.

What is the schedule? And how will the certification be administered?

The Coach for Thriving Program is a 5-week program with the first four weeks being self-directed learning completed at your own pace and the fifth week delivered via a live online training on Zoom.

In September 2026 the program officially begins with a self-directed learning assignment to prepare you for the remote workshop. The assignment takes approximately 10 hours to complete and can be completed anytime prior to the first day of the remote workshop.
During the 5-day remote workshop, October 5-9, 2026, you will engage in experiential learning sessions with your participant cohort from 9am-1pm US Eastern Time every day, plus complete self-directed learning modules. The workshop is hosted via Zoom and you'll need access to a computer with video and audio capabilities.

What is the price of the program?

$3,300 - This includes all materials and support required for completing the program and a wealth of resources to support your professional practice.

For those who need professional development credits, the program is accredited through the International Coach Federation for Continuing Coach Education (CCE). Practitioners who complete the certification program in its entirety receive 30 CCE units (18 in Core Competencies and 12 in Resource Development).

We also offer an "Amplify Thriving" rate that provides a $300 discount in exchange for supporting thriving of three individuals prior to the workshop. We believe everyone has the capacity to amplify thriving for themselves and others, and these acts generate additional ripples of thriving.

Additionally, as part of our commitment to make wealth and wellbeing partners, Coach for Thriving Program registrations contribute to the healthy development of women and children worldwide. Read more about how we amplify our customers impact here.
