Coaching Conversations is a practical, hands-on course designed to equip leaders, managers, and frontline staff with the skills to have effective, empowering conversations that support growth, accountability, and positive change.

Participants will learn the foundations of a coaching approach, including active listening, powerful questioning, and goal-focused dialogue. Through real-world scenarios and guided practice, you'll develop the confidence to lead conversations that foster trust, clarify purpose, and unlock potential—whether with team members, volunteers, or community stakeholders.

Whether you're leading a team, managing change, or supporting others in their development, this course will help you bring curiosity, clarity, and compassion to every conversation.

In this course participants will:

Learn how coaching conversations can be used to improve workplace practices
Practice listening, questioning and goal-setting skills
Build structures for coaching conversations tailored to their workplace

This workshop is ideal for team leaders, supervisors, coordinators, program managers, or anyone who wants to strengthen their ability to support and develop others.

This workshop will be delivered by Linda or Peter Watson who both bring over 20 years of experience in delivering learning experiences.

The cost of this workshop is $180 plus GST. Refunds are available up to a week prior to the event.
