This guided tasting explores how terroir influences flavour, showcasing six wines from different regions, each paired with local Sunshine Coast produce. Expect crisp coastal whites, textural skin-contact wines, bright and juicy reds, and bold, structured varietals - all matched to a menu that moves with the land, from ocean to hinterland.

ALBACORE KINILAW - Walker seafood Albacore dressed with fresh and pickled Falls Farm veg, coconut and local chilli and finger lime

FRESHLY MADE RICOTTA ON TOAST - House made ricotta from local milk, Maleny honey, roasted macadamia, Falls Farm warrigal greens

MOOLOOLABA PRAWN, PIPIAN VERDE - Locally caught prawns, pickled Falls Farm pumpkin, green pumpkin seed chilli sauce.

LOCAL LAMB WITH BEETROOT - Locally sourced lamb, beetroot and red wine glaze, pickled beetroots, fresh beetroot.
