Coastal Gardens Workshop
Event description
Do you live near the coast? Would you like to create a stylish garden that thrives in local conditions? Join us for this informative workshop about how to use native plants for successful coastal garden design.
Green Adelaide's Coast and Seas team will guide you step-by-step, providing advice on what species work best for your needs, different landscaping styles, and plant maintenance tips. You'll also learn which common garden plants to avoid because they're known to become environmental weeds.
Local plants will be on display, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask our staff your native gardening questions!
All attendees receive a free coastal garden planting guide and a local native plant to take home. Tea and coffee will be provided.
This workshop is for coastal residents and business owners.
This is a Green Adelaide event and is supported by Resilient South (Cities of Marion, Holdfast, Mitcham and Onkaparinga)
