Join us for a 2-part learning experience exploring the dynamics of collaboration

Effective collaboration is essential for addressing complex social, economic, and environmental challenges. However, collaboration can consume valuable resources and sometimes reinforce existing problems, particularly for vulnerable communities.

This workshop focuses on the human and relational aspects of collaboration, providing practical frameworks for navigating difficult dynamics and facilitating inclusive co-creation processes. Drawing on research-backed Cobeo tools and methods, you'll develop essential insights for working more effectively across differences.

IMPORTANT: This is a 2-part learning experience requiring attendance at BOTH sessions:

Part 1: 1pm-4pm Wednesday 11th March 2026
Part 2: 1pm-4pm Thursday 12th March 2026

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to allow time for registration and settling in.

What You'll Gain

Through role-play scenarios, guided activities using Cobeo Tools, and structured reflection alongside peers from different sectors, you'll develop:

Practical frameworks for navigating collaborative processes and understanding common dynamics, phases and stages
Enhanced self-awareness of your own collaborative practice and patterns
Skills to work more effectively across differences and address challenges requiring diverse perspectives
Critical thinking skills for complex collaborative contexts
Application strategies for your specific work or study environment

Pre-workshop materials and post-workshop support are included.
