Ten Cups is hosting another energy fuelled cacao ecstatic dance and healing ceremony in Seaford.

This event will take you on a journey as you begin with the mindful consumption of beautifully prepared ceremonial cacao. You will then be lead through chakra healing as you build up to an ecstatic dance where you let it all go, before being brought back down to a quantum energy healing.

This will be a workout and a release, so wear comfy clothes and be ready for a lot of dancing! You will also need to bring a cushion, throw blanket and water bottle for the evening.

Please note: No drugs or alcohol are to be consumed on the day of the event due to the energy healing component.
