An exciting opportunity to come together in an intimate setting with only 6 places available. We will gather together on the South coast of NSW 2.5 hrs drive from Sydney. We will be following a healing cleanse using the wisdom of the Medical Mediums new book "Cleanse to Heal". The healing cleanse journey will begin in your own home on Wednesday 2nd of November. Participants need to commit to the full 5 day cleanse and will be supported by Zoom meetings held before the Retreat. Dates and times of zoom meetings TBC.

The diet of this cleanse will include lots of fresh fruit, fresh fruit smoothies, fresh green salads, celery juices, lemon water. There will be no fats, gluten, diary or caffeine. Ocean Swims, Seminars, Silence, Nature walks, Meditation, Drum journeys and Fire Dancing will support participants through the cleanse. Please contact Lynda Millin if you have further questions.
