COCKATOO DREAMING WOMEN'S RETREAT 2023

When: Friday 24th, November @ 5pm - Monday 27th, November @11am 2023

It is my great honour to lead our Annual Cockatoo Dreaming Retreat. An exciting opportunity to come together on the beautiful lands of the Jerringa people on the South Coast of NSW Jervis Bay for 3 incredible nights.

We will spend much of our time in Nature taking in the sunrise, sunset, ocean swims, reflection and meditation. Silent walks through bush trails, Star gazing at the Milky Way, somatic movement and guided journalling to release and connect. We will walk together and be guided by the lessons and medicine of Mother Nature. Reconnecting, resting and deep listening. Diving into developing a deeper relationship with Mother Nature's natural cycle of giving and receiving. Allowing ourselves the time and space to dive into a deep connection with Self and Mother Nature and all her sentient beings. I will guide us through these days and nights as I've been taught by my Elders, mentors and teachers and offer guidance for you to connect more fully in Nature. How to listen deeply and read signs and symbols in nature. Of understanding Totems and our unbroken connection with our Ancestors. Of the need for our custodianship of the Oceans and the Earth at this time in our evolution. We will gather and connect to the true source of wellbeing in prayer and ritual. We will offer our collective love for peace in the world today and always. We will reflect on 2023 thus far and set our intentions for 2024.
