Event description

Join us for round two of Cocktails & Clay!

Our March event sold out - so due to popular demand we are doing another one. Woohoooo!

Hosted by Tisha of Handsy Craft Kits and Jasmin of Roaming Creative, your hands will be busy while your thirst is being quenched.

You will be guided through the process of how to make your own ceramic citrus juicer & salt side plate. (Perfect for making Margaritas!)
Once you have created these, you will be adding colour & personality by glaze painting your pieces so they are ready for the kiln.

If you came to the last workshop you may want to make a fruit bowl for all your citrus or something else fun!

During this workshop we figured you will need a drink break, this is when you will learn how to make some classic cocktails.
Jasmin will be giving a brief deep dive into the world of spirits, along with teaching her tips and tricks to cocktail making.

*Please note that you will have the option to make these with Seedlip (non-alcoholic spirits) which will be just as tasty!

5 hour workshop includes:

  • Enough clay to make 2 items
  • Pottery tools
  • Glaze
  • Firing of your pieces (Which will take approximately 2 - 3 weeks)
  • Cocktails & Non Alcoholic drinks
  • Cocktail tools
  • Ingredients
  • Nibbles
  • Recipe Cards

What do I need to bring?

Make sure to wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a little dusty. Keep your nails short! Long nails and clay aren't always friends. Feel free to bring an apron if you wish.
