A basic understanding of a Highball is a drink that is composed of a core spirit that also provides seasoning, and is balanced by a non-alcoholic mixer. A Highball's core can be split between any number of spirits, liqueurs, wines or fortified wines. A Highball can be served effervescent or still.

So whether you’re a seasoned sipper or new to the world of cocktails, this class will take you through the history, technique, and creativity behind this refreshing classic. Led by expert mixologists, you’ll discover how to balance flavours, choose the best spirits, and master the perfect pour – all while experimenting with different ingredients and flavours to create your own signature highball.
