Cocktail Class: Seasonal Spritzes

Join us for our Seasonal Spritz Cocktail Class, a hands-on cocktail class that celebrates the world’s most iconic aperitif. Over the course of the afternoon, you’ll craft three signature spritzes — each one bursting with vibrant flavours, fresh ingredients, and a touch of creativity that’s uniquely yours.

Our expert mixologist will guide you through every pour, shake, and garnish as you learn the secrets behind balancing bitterness, sweetness, and sparkle. Whether you’re a cocktail connoisseur or just here for the fizz, you’ll leave with the skills (and the recipes) to impress at your next gathering.

Sip, savour, and socialise — because this isn’t just a class, it’s a celebration in a glass.

🎟️ Tickets include:

• Guided creation of three unique spritz cocktails

• Tips on how to create the perfect afternoon drink by our expert mixologist

Dress with a touch of sparkle — this is an afternoon made for those who love to live (and drink) in colour.
