Ever wanted to get behind the bar and learn how we make the cocktails everyone talks about? Our special NYE Cocktail Masterclass is your chance to jump in, shake things up, and learn the secrets behind truly great drinks.

Across two exclusive sessions, 2:30pm–4:30pm or 5pm–7pm. You’ll learn the heart of cocktail bartending, the simple templates that unlock hundreds of recipes, and you’ll make three of your own cocktails with our incredible bar team guiding you the whole way.

It’s a high-energy, hands-on way to kick off your New Year’s celebrations: good vibes, plenty of laughs, a few games, prizes, and a whole lot of “wait… did I just make that?”.
