The event: Cocktails on Canvas

Ever looked at gorgeous glass bottles and colourful cocktails and though they are like beautiful works of art? Lets paint them!

Create an elegant artwork in your choice of colours

• First we will sketch up an arrangement of beautiful bottles and cocktail glasses using templates - mix and match to create something unique!
• Then choose your colours and blend your own custom shades
• Discover fun ways to use acrylic paint to get different effects
• Add finishing touches to make your cocktails sparkle like glorious glowing glass!

A fun and easy project with seriously impressive results that you'll love to display near your own cocktail cabinet

This is paint and sip the Wild Learning way: Our step by step process makes art fun and you get to create something totally personalised.

There is plenty of instruction and support so you know how to create your art work, and lots of freedom to be creative, relax and work at your own speed while you chat to friends or visit the bar / enjoy a meal

Qirkz in the Hunter is a licenced venue with a fabulous bar - so you can purchase wine, beer, cider, spirits and cocktails, soft drink or amazing coffee and delicious pizzas to enjoy during your art  session - come early or stay late to make it a fabulous night out!

Emmie has managed to combine a deep love of art, sewing, singing, flamingos and all things gold into a career as an artist, community arts worker and owner of creative studio Wild Learning. Her teaching style is big on generating creative energy and helping people find their own unique art experience. With a focus on a warm, inclusive and welcoming atmosphere, absolute beginners and experienced creatives find Emmie's classes like a soft place to land in a world that sometimes feels too spikey.
