We would like to acknowledge the Wurundjeri people, and the stolen land that this event will be hosted on. We would not be able to use this land to create events like this without the thousands of years of complex systems of care by First Nations people, which is ongoing and living. What we are celebrating - community, connection, collaboration, food, yoga, music - we owe to the traditional custodians of this land.

Season 3 is here! This time round we’re celebrating balance. In the new year, when so much is going on, we want to emphasise a focus on enjoying the frenzy while also creating time for yourself.Cocoon Summer Balance will feature a yoga class led by dear friend and certified yoga teacher Lily Graham, followed by a long lunch of food catered by the Spiced Nuts duo Julia Benoit and Reema Hindi. Sounds will be provided by Henry and Charlie Casey, and our long lunch table will be dressed by (@tabletopjoy) Liv Thomas.For this event we are moving out of our living room(!) and hosting at the beautiful Prana House in Thornbury. It will take place on Saturday, March 25th during the afternoon. Drinks will be provided.We are SO excited for this, and hope you are too.
