Cocoon
Description
COCOON
An afternoon of deep rest and connection
A gentle invitation to pause, soften and turn inward.
As the year draws to a close and the holiday season begins to approach, life can quickly fill with plans, to-do lists and commitments. Before the busyness takes over, COCOON invites you to carve out some time just for you.
Join us for an afternoon to slow down, settle into your body and reconnect with yourself through a nourishing blend of Yin Yoga, acupuncture, guided meditation and reflection in circle.
There’s no need to achieve anything, be good at anything or show up in a particular way, just come as you are. All parts of the practice are optional, and no experience is necessary.
Dress for comfort and feel free to bring along any extra props you may like. If you have a journal, please bring it along, some writing material will be provided.
Your afternoon will include:
Yin Yoga - slow, supported poses to soften, release tension and invite stillness; no experience needed
Acupuncture - a gentle opportunity to support relaxation and restore balance
Guided Circle & Meditation - time for reflection, connection and tuning in to how you would like the end of the year to look and feel
Tea & Light Refreshments provided
Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks provided
Move toward the end of the year with more capacity, connection and presence.
We look forward to holding this space for you!
