COCOON

An afternoon of deep rest, stillness and receiving.

Cocoon is a space to be deeply held — an invitation to slow down, create space, and reconnect with yourself.

Through guided breathwork, reiki-infused rest and intentional stillness, you’ll be invited inward — not to fix or force a breakthrough, but simply to create space.

Space for the mind to quiet.

Space for the body to soften.

Space for the nervous system to settle.

Space to hear what is often lost beneath the noise of everyday life.

There is nothing required of you here.

Just space to breathe, soften and receive.

What to expect

ARRIVE
Settle into the space, leave the outside world behind and allow yourself to land.

BREATHE
Be guided through gentle yin breathwork to slow down and turn your attention inward.

REST
Move into deep, supported rest through meditation, sound and intentional stillness.

RECEIVE
Nothing to do here. Simply rest while receiving gentle Reiki support and allowing your body to soften.

RETURN
Slowly come back with tea, quiet reflection and space to simply be.

No prior experience needed.

Simply come as you are.

Cocoon is a small, intimate gathering for women only and will be limited to 10people.

What to bring:

Water bottle

Wear something soft and comfortable.

Bring anything that helps you feel supported and at ease - cozy socks, favourite blanket, eye mask etc
