So I felt drawn to support you through this by creating a nurturing, womblike, cocoon space at the height of it all. Well, we still have another eclipse and an equinox to navigate, but it will be a good start!

Of course I am talking about this Full Moon & Full Lunar Eclipse and the start of Mercury’s Retrograde!

By this time we will be deep in transformation, navigating the energetic shifts, and just to add some extra spice, another Mercury Retrograde, which can bring us into a state of confusion.

Welcome to the theme of 'Cocoon'—a space for rest, healing, and shedding old layers to emerge renewed and awakened.

I’ve put a lot of love into creating a cosy and sacred atmosphere for us to gather. My beautiful bell tent welcomes you, with fairy lights, and the warm glow of candles around us. A circle of grounding and safety. Hot Cacao Ceremony and the company of our sisters. I intend to be of support and offer a sanctuary of peace as you embark on this sacred journey.

It will be my honour to guide you through a safe and supportive practice where you can fully surrender to your own inner process. We’ll work with the nervous system where ever it is during this time and as always, I am here for your integration during the days that follow. I am only a message away.

The evening will look something like this

Opening Circle & Intention Setting
Gather in circle, introduce the theme of the evening ("Cocoon") and create intentions for the experience.

Cacao Ceremony – Guided Cacao ceremony, gratitude to the plant medicine, grounding and heart opening, intentional sipping and blessing of the cacao.

Kundalini Activation
Guided meditation to connect with the heart and ground our bodies. Release any tension and open up to the divine within. Prana Shakti and Light Language will be channelled to raise the frequency, here your subtle body will receive on the level that is perfect for you in that moment.

Journal Time or Optional sharing
Time to reflect, journal, or simply enjoy the space..

Closing Circle & Full Moon Viewing

If the sky is clear, we will witness the full moon in all her glory, without the competition of the city lights. The actual eclipse will not be visible and occurs for other parts of the world before our sun sets. But the bright moon will still add an extra layer of magic to our evening.

The energy of this full moon and full lunar eclipse is going to be potent, amplifying everything we’re working with. For some it will be a time of great expansion and for others, it will be a time to nest and alchemise.
