This June long weekend, you are invited into the cocoon.

From Friday evening to Monday afternoon, we gather in circle for an immersive retreat devoted to slowing down, softening and deepening into yourself.

Cocoon – The Deepening is a spacious, embodied experience. Across the weekend you’ll be held in somatic movement, meditation, Creative Arts Therapy, breathwork, bodywork, ritual and ceremony — with generous space for integration and reflection.

This is not about doing more. It’s about listening more closely. Reconnecting with your body, your creativity and your inner knowing.

Our circle opens Friday night and closes Monday afternoon, allowing you to fully arrive and gently land before returning home.
