The Home Care Workforce Support Program (HCWSP) workshops are designed for registered and non-registered participants including new entrants in aged care and will provide them with the skills they need to find employment.

Overview

This is an essential workshop and will help you navigate the Aged Care industry. The Code of Conduct for Aged Care (the Code) was introduced on 1 December 2022. This is part of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. It sets out the quality standards and best practices.

The facilitator's will deliver step by step the 8 elements of the behaviors expected by providers and workers.
