Codes of Connection is an alive, ever-evolving offering by created by “connection explorers” Emma and Paul.

It has evolved alongside their relationship and has served as an engaging, inspiring, and educating space for many since its creation.

We are excited to finally bring it home to the Sunshine Coast and to invite our local community to become part of events intentionally curated to inspire growth, presence, play, vulnerability, and the kind of connection that nourishes the soul.

Join us for a 3 hour evening of meaningful connection - through guided activities and practices that gently invite you into a deeper relationship with yourself, your significant other, and your friends and family.

You can expect a taste of:

Polarity - What does it mean in a modern context? Explore and embrace the dynamic tension between opposites, discovering how this energetic interplay can enrich your relationships
Embodiment - Drop into the wisdom of your body and awaken to the richness of your physical experience. Cultivate presence and sensitivity, grounded and attuned to your sensations, to deepen connection with Self and others
Speaking from the Heart - We will sharpen our communication skills with tools and techniques to help us move beyond surface-level conversation and into meaningful, authentic interactions
Expression - To see and be seen. For many, authentic self-expression can feel vulnerable - even intimidating. We will explore how expressing our truth can create relationships grounded in understanding, empathy, and real emotional resonance
Time to mingle - the magic happens in "the space in between the lines." There will be a generous break (with snacks) and the opportunity to connect with others who also desire deeper connection, community, growth, and authenticity.

About Your Facilitators
Emma and Paul met in bodywork training.
Initially building a deep friendship and professional collaboration, they entered into an exclusive, romantic relationship last year after experiencing time and again how their powerful polar energies harmonise, inspire and uplift each other.

Paul is driven by his desire to create the world he missed during his first marriage:
He was surrounded by "friendly associates," work colleagues, people engaging in the same sports or listening to the same music. However he sorely missed a "soul family:" Brothers and sisters who he would feel held by, who would offer connection, and support to himself and his wife.

Over the past few years, he has dived deeply into men’s work, archetypal psychology, bodywork, non-violent communication, and conscious sexuality.
Paul considers it a great honour to be trusted by 1:1 clients and groups at workshops and events. Rather than considering himself a teacher or educator, Paul holds space for others to explore safely, with minimal, yet potent guidance.

Emma is a Somatic Kinesiologist, bodyworker and facilitator of transformative spaces for embodied exploration and connection.

Her life journey has revealed a powerful truth: At the root of all disharmony lies disconnection - from our inner power, our truth, our voice, and the innate wisdom of the body. This insight has become the compass guiding the work she offers today.

Emma's own path was shaped by profound moments of disconnection, which manifested as eating disorders, addictions, emotional numbness, unfulfilling relationships and a range of physical health challenges. It was through immersing herself in the healing arts, somatic therapies, teachings of energy psychology, ceremonies and embodiment practices that she began to slowly reweave the threads of connection - with her body, her heart, and her Self.

What emerged was a life that moves with deeper meaning, rooted in her body, guided by her heart, attuned to the pulse of her inner knowing.

In all her offerings, Emma holds a deep intention: to support others in returning to the essence of who they are, expressing their innate gifts, and creating a life that feels fulfilling, and deeply, soulfully connected.
