Coffee appreciation session with Diggy Doos Coffee
Come join us for a delicious and fun morning immersed in the world of coffee while meeting other coffee loving locals! Expect a relaxing morning where you will be taken on a journey from bean to cup; learn about the provenance of various coffee beans and the roasting process, understand different brewing techniques and be guided through the process of tasting and evaluating a variety coffees. Coffee cupping is the perfect way to explore the world of coffee. With this unique tasting experience, you can discover the nuances of flavor and aroma in each cup.
The session will be facilitated by fellow Inner West local, Paul Lee. Paul is the owner of Diggy Doos Coffee, a passionate coffee roaster and experienced barista. Diggy Doos coffee is specialty grade, organic, traceable, seasonal and locally roasted.
