Join us for our next Coffee Connect as we welcome back Laura Little, State Manager WA at National Disability Services (NDS), for an update on the latest changes across the NDIS and what they mean for the sector.
Laura will provide a practical overview of the recent NDIS reforms, with a focus on how the changes are impacting providers and the key actions organisations should be considering as they navigate the evolving environment.

About the Speaker
Laura Little, WA State Manager National Disability Services (NDS)
Laura Little is the State Manager for Western Australia at National Disability Services (NDS), Australia’s peak body representing non government disability service providers. In this role, she provides strategic leadership, drives policy influence, and advocates for a strong, sustainable and inclusive disability sector across the state. With a career spanning employment services, community development, social enterprise, health, and disability services, Laura has consistently focused on leadership development and helping organisations, people, and communities reach their full potential. Her work is driven by a commitment to ensuring the entire disability ecosystem, providers, health and allied health, housing, education, advocacy groups, families, carers, and communities, is connected, supported, and heard. Since stepping into the State Manager role in 2025, Laura has prioritised sector sustainability, member shaped strategy, and advocacy for WA’s unique needs. She has led deep engagement with providers across metropolitan, regional, remote, and very remote Western Australia, strengthening collaboration and driving conversations on critical issues such as pricing reform, governance, workforce development, and service gaps in remote communities. Laura is recognised for her values driven leadership, strong policy insight, and passion for ensuring people with disability, regardless of geography, have access to high quality, safe, and equitable supports across Western Australia.
