Led by Prodigy’s talented apprentices, this interactive session kicks off with an in-depth exploration of pour-over brewing. Guests will taste and evaluate a variety of distinct coffees while learning the fundamentals of flavor profiles and extraction. You'll leave with practical brewing techniques to use at home and a newfound confidence in your palate.
