Step away from the noise of daily life and sink into a space of deep alignment and natural connection. Join Adam Hiner and Dr. Nadia Ramo for Coherence Breathwork and Tea Ceremony with Native Plant Allies, an immersive experience designed to bridge the gap between human awareness and the wisdom of the earth. This unique workshop explores the powerful synergy of breath and plant medicine to ground your nervous system, open your heart, and quiet the analytical mind.

Your journey begins with Coherence Breathwork, facilitated by Adam Hiner, who brings 20 years of breathwork study to guide your practice. Through this intentional conscious breathing, you will harmonize your heart rhythms and brainwaves, shifting your nervous system into a state of profound internal coherence and heightened sensitivity. Once you are anchored in this deeply receptive state, Dr. Nadia Ramo will lead us into a sacred tea ceremony featuring a specially selected native plant ally. Sip by sip, you will use your elevated state of awareness to listen to the plant's intelligence, entering into a direct, mindful communion with its spirit and healing properties.

This workshop is an invitation to tune back into your body, recalibrate your spirit, and remember our ancient relationship with the local landscape. Whether you are seeking deep stress relief, spiritual clarity, or a closer relationship with nature, you will leave feeling anchored, expanded, and profoundly connected to yourself and the world around you. Space is limited for this intimate gathering—come ready to breathe, sip, and awaken your senses.
